Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp I Love Black Garlic Purée (or 3–4 peeled black garlic cloves, mashed)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

- Make the glaze In a saucepan, add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, fresh garlic, and black garlic purée. Simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Coat the wings Transfer hot wings to a bowl and pour glaze over top. Toss until fully coated.

Tips and Variations
- Air fryer shortcut: For extra crisp wings, cook at 390°F for 20 minutes and toss in glaze immediately.
- Spicy version: Add sriracha or chili flakes for heat that balances the sweetness.
- Grill option: Grill wings over medium heat until golden, then brush with glaze in the last few minutes.
- Storage: Store leftover wings in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F until warm.
