Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable food items, including black garlic. All sales are final once shipped.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@iloveblackgarlic.com within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to making things right.
If a return is authorized (in rare, non-food cases), items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping instructions will be provided at that time.
Exchanges
We don’t accept returns for food items, but we do offer exchanges if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@iloveblackgarlic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
European Union Customers
In compliance with EU regulations, if merchandise is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days—unless the item is perishable, opened, or customized.
