OMG! This garlic is amazing ♥️. I love garlic & use it on everything in large quantities. But, other peeled, convenient garlics have some additional ingredients, perhaps a preservative, that has an undesirable taste. This product is super convenient because there’s no pesky peeling & chopping of cloves. And, the taste is better than fresh, if that’s possible. I love the slightly sweet, umami flavor. And the nutritional benefits of fermented foods are so important. I’ve used the puréed & peeled versions, & both are fantastic.

Very interesting flavor on its own or to add to almost any dish. I will be ordering more soon! great product!

I didn't know what to anticipate, but this knocked my socks off. The texture is smooth and spreadable, and the taste is incredible: sweet, tangy, and full of flavor. I've been adding it to all sorts of things from pasta sauce to marinades and even spreading a little on bread.

It takes any dish and makes it better right away without dominating it. You can tell it's made with love and quality garlic. A new kitchen essential for me, for sure!

The cloves are rich, soft, and naturally sweet. I eat one every morning, and my energy and digestion have noticeably improved.

No garlic breath, just deep, bold flavor. It's now my daily go-to for a heart-healthy boost.
