  • 3/4 cup neutral oil, avocado or grapeseed

  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Optional, pinch of white pepper or smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Build the base In a tall jar, add egg, lemon juice, Dijon, and salt.
